Same here. I haven't had that problem until today.

I fear it's the coming of the Commentpocalypse, when Gawker shoves that shitty new commenting system down everybody's throat. I hope I'm wrong. In the meantime, try reloading the page. Interestingly, comments load just fine on mobile.
Edit: Nope, borked on mobile now, too.

I dunno, I have to hit refresh after the page fails to load still.
Been going on from the beginning for me.

I was just going to rock a kinja help. I have been using opera the past 2 days and no issues with comments. Now opera has no comments either

They're broken for most. Refreshing sometimes works after like the 5th time. Good luck reading this. ;)

exactly what i'm seeing. on/off.

I cleared my cache, restarted Chrome. Seems to work right now. But...the Commentpocalypse is coming and if past history tells anything the hosing of an existing comment system has been a strong indicator of a new and even more useless commenting system approaching. It's going to suck out loud.

That burning sensation? It's a sign you need to get some penicillin. Not that I know anything about that .

You got hit by the nibbles tsunami finally.

Same here - I haven't been able to see comments on the FP using Chrome on Mac OS X 10.9.1, and this is the only post here with comments that I can see. I guess it's our turn to deal with them transitioning to the new comment system.

You're bad. ;D

I know :`) Okay, so I was trying to include a nose, but I guess that's a gangster smiley with a tear drop tattoo. I had to leave it.

The great irony is if someone knows something and posts it, it won't be seen. :(

I would tell you, but would my comment show up?

Nibbles is what's up. Or "kinja" as the kids are referring to him these days.

It will through notifications. But that's it.

It works, surprisingly, just fine for me. IE11 on Win7 SP1

Same here, I cant view any of the discussions on the FP and it would appear that all of the Oppo posts are comment less as well.

And that right there is why I didn't comment ever when people were complaining about comments not loading. At the time they were loading fine for me. But I knew as soon as I said something nibbles would notice and screw up my world. Since comments have/haven't been loading for me I feel OK commenting on this.
SCREW YOU NIBBLES!!!!!! GRAB THE TORCHES AND PITCHFORKS GUYS, WE'RE GOING TO GET SOME RODENTS THIS MORNING!!!
I can't back that up.

These issues with discussions should mostly be fixed. Might want to clear cache if you're still running into them with some frequency. If it's still an issue after clearing cache, let me know.
